FAQs

Your questions, answered.

No. The ERP remains the system of record for vendors, POs, goods receipts, and the AP sub-ledger. Bond’s agents do the work around it — capture, matching, coding, approval routing, vendor risk, and payment runs — and post the results back, so your controls and reporting stay exactly where they are.
Invoice, PO, and goods receipt are matched line by line with your tolerances applied. Variances within tolerance are approved automatically; those outside it are routed to the right owner with the reason already worked out — quantity short, price change, missing receipt — and a suggested resolution.
Every vendor and invoice is screened before a run is proposed: bank-detail changes are held for out-of-band verification, duplicates are detected across channels and entities, sanctions lists are checked, and amounts are compared to the vendor’s history. Anything suspicious is held with the evidence attached.
The agent proposes the run — optimised for discounts, terms, and your cash position. Once approved under your policy, Bond releases it through the Payments Center on the cheapest suitable rail, sends remittance advice, and clears the vouchers in your ERP.
