FAQs

Your questions, answered.

No. Your ERP remains the system of record for invoices, customers, and the AR sub-ledger. Bond’s agents connect through native integrations, read open items and remittances, and write cash applications, deductions, and notes back — nothing is migrated and there is no parallel ledger to keep in sync.
It matches on amount, customer, invoice age, historical payment patterns, and any reference data in the bank line. High-confidence matches are applied automatically; lower-confidence ones are proposed with the reasoning shown, and every correction you make trains the model for next time.
Reminders go out from your domain, in your tone, on a cadence you set per customer segment. Replies, disputes, and promises to pay are read and logged by the agent; anything sensitive — a key account, a legal threat, a large write-off — is escalated to a named person under your policy.
You decide. Typical policies route write-offs above a threshold, credit holds, credit limit changes, and disputes over a certain value to an approver. Everything else runs straight through, and every action — automatic or approved — is logged with its reasoning for audit.

System of Action

DO BETTER THAN STATIC DASHBOARDS

Bond's AI intelligence layer turns static data into intelligence that doesn't just inform work - it does it.
