FAQs

Your questions, answered.

Typically 12 to 60 months, extending seamlessly from the 13-week cash forecast. Operating cash flow comes from the FP&A plan, capex from ERP projects and their phasing, debt service and maturities from the debt book, and distributions and M&A from your corporate plan — one continuous view.
Each covenant — leverage, interest cover, minimum liquidity, and any bespoke tests — is projected quarter by quarter against the base, downside, and stress cases on every refresh. Headroom below your policy minimum is flagged years ahead, with the agent proposing mitigations such as early refinancing or capex rephasing.
It prices refinancings, upsizes, bond taps, hybrids, leases, and capex phasing against live rate and credit curves, your rating and covenant constraints, and the maturity profile, then recommends the mix that covers the need with the required headroom at the lowest all-in cost — with the workings shown.
It replaces the re-keying. Bond publishes the long-range plan to Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment, or your Excel board model and pulls assumptions back, so the board sees the format it knows while every figure reconciles to the ERP, the debt book, and the cash forecast.
